Apeizza founder, Rich Foresta opened his first restaurant in 1992. Over the years he refined and polished the operation into a superbly run restaurant.
Rich’s passion for creating delicious Italian cuisine starts in the kitchen and ends on the dinner table. His family started a small family restaurant in 1964 in Brooklyn, New York. Rich moved to Colorado in 1992 and continued to do what he loved by opening his first restaurant, Angelo’s Pizza Parlor. Apeizza restaurants still follow the family’s recipes very carefully, making sure to keep them original and above all, consistent.
